RATE POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS

Rates are non-commissionable*
All rates exclude VAT (13%)
All rates include daily breakfast.
During Low Season and Green Season, the minimum length of stay requested is 2 nights.
During High Season and Middle Season, the minimum length of stay requested is 5 nights.
During Peak Season, the minimum length of stay requested is 10 nights.
Our property is an adults-only resort
Pets are not accepted

* Commissions will be granted only in cases of prior negotiation, contract or exclusive agreement. All peak season rates: non-commissionable.

RESERVATION POLICIES

For all reservations, a prepayment of 100% will be needed.*
For a stay to be confirmed, a reservation contract is to be signed.
Temporary holds on room availability last only 24h.*

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check-in: 3 pm
Check-out: 11 am

Upon arrival, a Credit Card Authorization form must be filled in order to take a guarantee for the room.
Late check out is subject to availability and at extra charge.

Late check-out penalty:
25% of the amount of 1 extra night for a departure before 1pm.
100% of the amount of 1 extra night for a departure from 1pm.

Pets are not accepted, even service animals.
Adult-only resort. Minors of 18 years old are not admitted.

CANCELATION POLICY

PEAK SEASON AND HIGH SEASON (Flexible)
(From November 15th to January 31st and from April 1st to 30th)
– For any cancellation prior to 60 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit payment will be refunded
– For any cancellation prior to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit payment is refunded
– For any cancellation after 30 days before arrival, no refund will be granted and the deposit payment will be lost*.

TEMPORADA ALTA (Strict)
(From February 1st to March 31st)
– For any cancellation prior to 90 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit payment is refunded
– For any cancellation prior to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit payment is refunded
– For any cancellation after 60 days before arrival, no refund will be granted and the deposit payment will be lost*.

TEMPORADA BAJA, MIDDLE Y GREEN
(From May 1st to November 14th)
– For any cancellation prior to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the payment is refunded
– For any cancellation after 30 days before arrival, no refund will be granted and the deposit payment will be lost*.

* In case of cancellations less than 30 days, or 60 days in the High Season (Strict) and Peak Season, due to situations of force majeure, the reservation may be rescheduled, depending on availability and rate policies.
