Each session begins with a land-based briefing covering ocean safety, board handling, and wave etiquette. Beginners focus on foundational skills like paddling, popping up, and catching whitewash waves, while more experienced surfers work on technique, positioning, and wave selection in deeper waters.
Progression is always personalized, our instructors adapt each lesson to ensure you build confidence and improve at your own pace.
Move between hot and cold with our sauna and cold plunge experience, designed to boost circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance overall recovery. It’s the perfect ritual to reset your body and mind between waves.

These substitutions are made with guest safety, comfort, and experience in mind. In such cases, Blue Mist will make reasonable efforts to inform guests in advance.
